What is a Lace Front Wig?

A lace front wig and hair extension is 100% human cuticle hair and virgin hair.  The majority of human hair sold in the industry has been stripped by using an acid-bath. Remy hair is natural therefore the hair is stronger.

FAQ'S

SLEEPING - Never sleep on wet hair.  Your hair must be completely dry before going to sleep as sleeping on wet hair additions will cause hair to become very matted.  Always sleep with a Satin cap or on a  Satin Pillow.   Your wig will last longer and will not appear dry.

DRY ENDS - To keep hair from dryness, please apply olive oil two to three times weekly before shampooing.  Olive oil left on the ends of the hair over night is very effective.  Remember Hair addition does not have the benefit of your natural oils.  So olive oil will help to replace those necessary oils in the hair. Before combing lightly spray Infusion on the hair (50/50) water and Infusion.

WHAT CAUSE SHEDDING - Excessive Combing or Brushing, Unattended Matting and Tangling, Friction:  From pillows or overly aggressive shampooing.  Sleep with a satin Cap or on Satin pillows. Do not apply products directly to the hair cuticles. Do not use a fine tooth comb.

Permanent Hair Colors (Products such as peroxide is a penetrating agent damages the cuticles

Use Semi PERMANTENT COLORS.  Hair can be Color and will not cause shedding

Over Conditioning/Shampooing (remaining in the Root Area).

ALCOHOL as in hair spray.  It will open the cuticles causing tangling.

CLEANLINESS - Keep the hair clean.  We suggest the hair be washed at least three time with warm or cold water.  Please wash the hair right after exercising or swimming.  When dirt accumulates, including sweating hair tangles.  Chlorine and Salt water have been known to damage hair.  Jacuzzis, saunas and ocean also can damage hair.  Therefore wash your hair immediate, the more you wash hair the better it looks.

SHAMPOO/CONDITIONING - Before washing the hair, apply a few drops of olive oil to the bristle of a 100% Bristle Brush and brush through the hair 1 section at a time.   Dilute water 50/50 into spray bottle.  Spray shampoo and conditioner on wig.  Never rub or ruffle the hair or tangling will result.  Lean forward facing shower and rinse with lukewarm water.  Avoid using conditioner near attachment site as adhesive may detach.   The Best shampoo and conditioner to use is Silk Elements.  If attachment becomes loose apply adhesive when hair is dry.

DE-TANGLING - Make sure you comb the hair after each wash and everyday.  When de-tangling the hair, please start from the ends and work up little by little to the scalp with the other hand to keep it from shedding or causing root tension.  We recommend the Anti Static Rotating Tooth Comb.    Avoid using products on the root area as it may prematurely detach your hair grafting.

BRUSHING - Only brush your extended hair when it is completely wet or completely dry.  Brushing should be done carefully to avoid root tension. Hair needs little or no brushing. Use a boar brittle brush.

REMOVAL - Hair Additions should be removed every 5 to 6 weeks.  Your hair need to be braided and conditioned.
